Altar ministry is passionate about introducing guests to the new birth experience expressed in Acts 2:1-4, 38-39.

"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." (Acts 2:1-4 KJV)

"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." (Acts 2:38-39 KJV)

The broadcasting ministry is designed to provide several forms of media that supplement a church service. This allows for guests and church members to view services via the website and also provides us with visuals during services of Scriptures and images pertinent to the message or event.

Our bulletin ministry works to keep the church body informed of upcoming events and special occasions. If you wish to submit an item to the bulletin:

Cadets serve the bishop, pastor, and fellow ministers. The cadet ministry seeks to instill foundational leadership principles in the youth of today. A good leader must follow Christ's example of being a servant-leader, one who understands well the dangers of pride and the peace of humility.

The drama ministry seeks to aid, through this unique medium, the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ so that lives can be changed by the new birth. Our major focus will be in producing dramas that lead people to salvation as well as a closer walk with God.

Follow up

This ministry seeks to make a connection with our guests and show our appreciation for sharing with us the wonderful presence of the Lord in our services.

Our hostesses are happy to greet guests as well as church members in a friendly and hospitable manner, so as to create a warm and friendly atmosphere through which God can more easily move.

Intercessory Prayer

Intercessory prayer takes place during every service in the prayer room. The purpose of this ministry to pray for the Lord's mighty involvement in each service, that every heart would be open to His Word, and to enter into spiritual warfare against the adversary.

(2 Cor 10:4-5 KJV) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

(Eph 6:12-18 KJV) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Our kitchen ministry provides quality food and prepares meals after specified services where the church body can come together and fellowship in the F.L. Sartin Center directly behind the church building.

Our landscaping ministry provides for the wonderful presentation of the church grounds. We are the bride of Christ, His ambassador's to this world, and we wish the interior and exterior of our church to reflect that we care about this property with which the Lord has blessed us.

Jesus said, "...Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." (Mark 16:15 KJV)

Outreach ministry purposes to care for and extend their hand to a lost, hurt, and dying world. Every born again Christian is charged with reaching out to lost souls, and our outreach ministry forms a collective effort where you can be mentored in soul winning.

Signing Team

The sign team leads us into worship through the expression of this wonderful language.

It is our belief that we are the body of Christ. Each of us make up a small member of this body, therefore we believe that we can worship the Lord together in any language through the unity of this body. Even though we may not comprehend another's language through auditory or visual means we can still be sensitive to the spirit of worship with which we can all join together regardless of linguistic boundaries.

Jesus said, "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." (John 4:23-24 KJV)

Unfortunately, we do not yet offer translation during or for services.

Our sound ministry provides quality auditory amplification for our church services. This ministry seeks to supplement a given service to ensure the music and preached Word is adequately equalized and understood.

We believe in a multi-cultural church. We offer translation for each of our English speaking services. In addition to this, we have a weekly Spanish service that takes place on Sunday morning at 9:30 AM in the rear portion of the property, in the second building on the left.

Ushers greet guests as well as church members in a friendly and hospitable manner, so as to create a warm and friendly atmosphere through which God can move more easily.
